Flat Gate Valve

Flat plate gate valve is a type of valve that uses a flat plate gate to control the flow of medium through straight stroke opening and closing. A hard seal or elastic seal structure is often configured between the valve plate and the valve seat, with bidirectional sealing capability. Its flow channel is straight and has low flow resistance, suitable for pipelines containing particles, slurry or corrosive media (such as chemical and mining industries). The surface of the valve plate is often treated with nitriding, tungsten carbide or ceramic, wear-resistant and pressure resistant (PN16-PN40), and has the characteristics of compact structure, easy maintenance and long service life.
