High temperature and high-pressure power plant gate valves are valves designed specifically for thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, etc., used to cut off or connect non corrosive media such as water and steam in pipelines. Its characteristics include:
Resistant to extreme working conditions: capable of withstanding high temperatures above 550 ℃ and high pressures above 42MPa (such as Class 2500);
Self sealing design: The higher the pressure, the stronger the sealing performance (such as using cobalt based hard alloy for the valve seat and nitriding treatment for the valve stem);
Structural optimization: supports welding or flange connection, adapts to electric, manual and other driving methods, easy to maintain;
Low flow resistance and long lifespan: When fully open, the flow channel is straight through, reducing energy loss; The sealing surface is isolated from the medium to reduce wear.
Mainly used in scenarios such as main steam pipelines, water supply systems, and nuclear power cooling systems in thermal power plants.
