manual regulating valve
Basic definition: Manually operate the handwheel/handle to drive the valve stem, and achieve flow regulation and switch control of pipeline fluids (water, steam, oil, etc.) by changing the valve opening (such as conical/plunger valve core).
Core features:
Applicable media: water, steam, gas, and low viscosity liquids (high viscosity media are not applicable);
Temperature resistance range: -269 ℃ to 1430 ℃ (depending on the material);
Functional limitations: requiring frequent manual adjustment, without opening locking function; Leakage may occur under high temperature or high pressure conditions.
Self locking manual regulating valve
Upgrade function: Add an opening locking device on the basis of manual valve adjustment, which can fix the valve opening to achieve quantitative flow control and solve the problem of uneven heating and cooling in heating/air conditioning systems.
Core advantages:
Locking design: Lock the valve position through mechanical structure to avoid flow fluctuations caused by misoperation;
Flow measurement interface: Some models are equipped with pressure measuring small valves for precise monitoring of flow during debugging;
Typical applications: Central heating return water pipeline, high-temperature circulating water system (often installed in the return water pipeline).
