Essential positioning

A flange connected solenoid valve specifically designed for DN50 and above diameter pipelines, which remotely controls the on/off of large-diameter liquid/gas media (water, steam, compressed air, etc.) through electrical signals.


Core structural characteristics

Flange connection: Standard flange plates (such as ANSI/DIN) are installed at both ends of the valve body, and the pipeline is rigidly fixed with bolts to adapt to high-pressure conditions (10-40 bar) and prevent vibration and leakage.

Large caliber design: with a diameter of ≥ DN50 (maximum DN300), it meets the needs of high flow transportation (such as main pipeline control).

Dual use of liquid and gas: The valve core is made of stainless steel/corrosion-resistant alloy, and the sealing element is compatible with NBR/PTFE material, compatible with liquids (water, oil) and gases (steam, gas).

Adopting a pilot piston structure: After the electromagnetic coil is energized, the main valve core is driven by the pressure of the medium itself, achieving low power consumption (15-30W) and fast opening and closing (≤ 1 second).
