Insulated ball valve is a type of ball valve with an insulated jacket, which can be opened and closed by rotating the ball 90 °. The valve body is equipped with a jacket layer on the outside, which can be injected with media such as steam and thermal oil to maintain the temperature stability of the fluid inside the pipeline and prevent high viscosity substances (such as heavy oil and asphalt) from solidifying or crystallizing at low temperatures. It is suitable for temperature controlled transmission scenarios such as petroleum, chemical, and food industries.
