National Standard Welding Globe Valve

National standard welded globe valve is a globe valve designed and manufactured according to national standards (such as GB12235), using welding connection method (valve body with welding groove) to directly weld with the pipeline, eliminating the risk of flange leakage. It is suitable for high-pressure or corrosive medium pipeline systems such as petroleum, chemical, and power. The valve body is often made of forged steel/stainless steel material, and the sealing surface is welded with cobalt based hard alloy (such as Stellite), which has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance (≤ 570 ℃) and zero leakage. The valve stem is quenched and tempered and nitrided to improve corrosion resistance. This valve opens and closes in a forced sealing manner, with the function of cutting off and regulating fluids, especially suitable for safety control of toxic and flammable media.
