Wear Resistant Ceramic Slag Discharge Valve

A pipeline control valve designed specifically for high wear media, using a structure with a carbon steel valve body lined with ZTA engineering ceramics, and achieving pipeline opening and closing through gate lifting. The sealing surface adopts a ceramic ceramic or ceramic metal hard sealing combination, which enhances the sealing performance by utilizing medium pressure and is equipped with a protective lip structure to prevent hard objects from damaging the sealing ring. Suitable for discharge systems containing solid particles such as slurry, ash, wastewater, etc., with a working temperature of 400 ℃ and a pressure resistance of ≤ 6.4MPa, the service life is more than 10 times longer than that of ordinary alloy valves.
