The free floating ball steam trap is a valve that operates automatically based on the principle of buoyancy, and its core structure only contains a stainless steel hollow floating ball as the moving part. When condensed water accumulates in the steam pipeline, the float rises with the water level, and the valve is opened to drain the water; When the water level drops, the float ball falls and closes the valve, effectively blocking steam leakage and preventing pipeline water hammer or corrosion. Its design is simple and reliable, suitable for steam systems that require continuous drainage and temperature stability.
