Thermodynamic disc type steam trap is an automatic valve that utilizes the thermodynamic differences between steam and condensed water (such as flow rate and volume changes) to drive the disc shaped valve plate to act, achieving the function of blocking steam and draining water: when condensed water flows in, the valve plate is opened to discharge, and when steam enters, the valve plate is closed due to the pressure difference caused by high-speed flow, forming a periodic opening and closing cycle. Its core advantages are simple and reliable structure (with only one moving component), high temperature and high pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions such as steam main pipelines and heat tracing pipelines.
