An automatic valve designed for controlling high-temperature fluids such as thermal oil and steam (medium temperature ≥ 300 ℃, up to 650 ℃), which achieves rapid on/off control of pipelines through electromagnetic force driven piston structure.
Core design features
High temperature resistance: The valve body is made of stainless steel/alloy material, suitable for medium environments of 300-650 ℃;
Zero leakage seal: metal hard seal or metal+fluoroplastic (PTFE) composite seal structure;
Anti burn coil: External heat dissipation module (air-cooled/high-temperature resistant material) ensures that the coil temperature is ≤ 85 ℃;
High pressure adaptability: piston pilot design, supporting pressure difference of 0.1-40MPa.
